CLARK WHITTY

Clark William Whitty, 81, of Byron, died Sunday, July 21, 1985, at St. Agnes Hospital.

He was born April 28, 1904, in the Town of Byron, to James and Margaret Clark Whitty.  On Oct. 16, 1930, he married Orena Belling at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Fond du Lac.  He farmed in the Byron area all of his life and was a member of St. John’s Catholic Church, Byron.

Survivors include two sons, David and Donald, both of Route 1, Brownsville; one daughter, Mrs. Roger (Patricia) Nellessen of Fond du Lac; three sisters, Mrs. Harold (Marguerite) McCarty of San Benito, Texas, Mrs. Andrew (Agnes) Brown of Fond du Lac and Miss Leone Whitty of Phoenix; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife on July 21, 1979, and three brothers.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at St. John’s Catholic Church, Byron.  The Rev. Peter Drenzek will officiate.  Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Bryon.

Friends may call Tuesday from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Kietzer Funeral Home, Byron.
