CODY G. WIEGLEIN
Cody G. Weiglein, 5, of Lomira, died Monday, Feb. 11, 2008, at his home after a three-year battle with cancer.
He was born at St. Agnes Hospital, Fond du Lac, on May 8, 2002, the son of Jerry and Karen Neitzel Weiglein.
He was attending kindergarten at Lomira schools. Cody played T-ball and soccer, and he loved the Packers. He enjoyed attending his siblings’ sports events and going fishing and hunting with his dad and Riley.
Survivors include his parents, Jerry and Karin of Lomira; his siblings, Amanda, Katie, Andy, Kelsey and Riley, all at home; his maternal grandparents, Gordie and Zora Neitzel of Theresa; his paternal grandparents, Richie an Janet Weiglein of Brownsville; numerous cousins, aunts, uncles; other relatives and friends; his special second mom, Debbie Schaefer; and his best friend, Brady Olson.
He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal great-grandparents; and a great-aunt.
Visitation: Visitation for Cody will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2008, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Lomira.
Services: Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2008, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Lomira, with the Rev. Dennis Budka officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Kietzer Funeral Home, Lomira is serving the family.
