DONALD McCARTY
CHIPPEWA FALLS (Special) – Donald S. McCarty, 55, 501 Summit Ave. here, died Friday afternoon at his home. Mr. Mc Carty was a director of the Indianhead Country Inc.
He came to Chippewa Falls two years ago from Richfield, Minn., and was the owner and operator of the Indianhead Motel here.
Besides his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Arnold Krest, Richfield, and Maureen at home; one brother, Harold, Brownsville; two sisters, Mrs. Albert Nilles, Wauwatosa, and Mrs. Herman Wageson, Oconto; and three grandchildren.
Mr. McCarty was a member of the Holy Ghost Church, the Knights of Columbus and the Chamber of Commerce.
Services will be at St. Mary’s Church in Lomira at 10 a.m. Saturday. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery. In charge of arrangements is the Kietzer Funeral Home there.
