MRS. GARRIETY
Evelyn Garriety, 69, a resident of the Beaver Dam Care Center for the last two years and a former resident of Brownsville, died Thursday, March 15, 1979, at Beaver Dam Community Hospital.
A member of Good Shepherd Evangelical Lutheran Church in Beaver Dam, Mrs. Garriety was born Dec. 1, 1909, in Brownsville, the daughter of John and Rose Franke Hoffman. She married Arnold Garriety in Lomira. Her husband died in 1958.
Survivors include five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by two daughters, a grandson, one sister and two brothers.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday and from noon to time of service Sunday at the Koepsell Funeral Home in Maryville
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Cooper officiating. Burial will be in St Mary’s Cemetery in Lomira.
