HELEN DINEEN
Helen Frances Dineen, 66, of 210 S. Elm St., Oakfield, died Monday, June 3, 1996, at St. Agnes Hospital.
She was born Nov. 5, 1929, in Appleton, a daughter of Norbert and Helen Van Ryzen Hoffmann. On Feb. 6, 1954, she married Thomas Connor Dineen at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Appleton.
Mrs. Dineen was a 1951 graduate of St. Agnes School of Nursing. She was employed as a nurse in the Appleton area until she was married. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Oakfield and the church’s Altar Society. She was a volunteer for the church’s religious education classes and she was a member of St. Agnes School of Nursing Alumni Association.
Survivors include her husband of Oakfield, three daughters, Ann Rosenthal and her husband Tom of Wausau, Susan Dineen and her friend Stephen Barone of Madison, Louise Medved and her husband Zeliko of Salida, Colo.; six sons, Bill and his wife Tina of Oakfield, Robert and his friend Sue Michels of Fond du Lac, Chuck and his wife Cindy of Brownsville, Paul of Oakfield John and his wife Kim of Brownsville and Tom M. of Pulaski; 10 grandchildren; and one brother, Charles Hoffmann of Appleton.
Preceding her in death were her parents.
