JANET M. SERWE
Janet M. Serwe, 65, of W4631 Super Drive, Campbellsport, died Sunday, Jan. 9, 2000, at St. Agnes Hospital.She was born Oct. 18, 1934, in Bennington, Vt., a daughter of James and Violet (Smith) Martin.On May 3, 1958, she married Harvey Serwe in Arlington, Vt.She was a graduate of Arlington Memorial High school in Vermont and was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Lomira, and its Families of St. Mary’s. She was an active member of the Lomira FFA Alumni. She was co-owner of Serwe Inc. with her husband for the past 42 years.

She is survived by her husband, Harvey; her children, Deb (Bob) McClanathan and Mike (Debbie) Serwe, both of Campbellsport, Archie (Cheryl) of Brownsville, Anne of Lomira, and Mary (Ed) Peters of West Bend; 15 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She is also survived by three brothers, James (Pearl) Martin of Sandy, Ore., Paul (Joanne) Martin of Essex, Vt., and John (Tonda) Martin of Mazon, Ill.She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Violet Martin.

Services: Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Lomira. The Rev. Vincent Holubowicz will officiate, with burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Lomira.Visitation: From 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the church, with a vigil service at 6 p.m. and from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the church.Memorials may be directed to Central Wisconsin Cancer Fund, Fond du Lac.Kietzer Funeral Home, Lomira, is assisting the family.
