LaVerne M. Clark, 81 years old, of Lomira, WI, passed away on Monday, July 9, 2012, at Hope Health & Rehabilitation Center, Lomira surrounded by her loving family.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, July 13, at 5:00 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Lomira, WI, with Rev. Father Dennis Budka presiding. A visitation will be held on Friday, July 13 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Lomira. Burial to follow at St. Mary Cemetery, Lomira, WI.
LaVerne was born on April 3, 1931, the daughter of Norbert and Monica (nee Wild) Bauer of LeRoy. She was united in marriage to Jerome Clark on May 17, 1952, at St. Andrew Catholic Church, LeRoy, WI. She was a custodian for over 20 years at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Waupun and Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Marysville, OH, besides being a homemaker. LaVerne loved to cook, bake and play cards. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Lomira.
LaVerne is survived by her husband, Jerome of Lomira; daughter, Jean (Jerry) Miller of Neosho; three sons, Mark (Gail) Clark of Theresa; Tom (special friend Teisha Shalley) Clark of Waupun; Patrick (Liz) Clark of Hillard, Ohio; daughter-in-law, Mary Clark of Brownsville,WI. Ten grandchildren, Eric (Amy) Clark of Brownsville, Leon Clark of Waupun, Amanda (fiance, John Kelnhofer) Clark of Oshkosh, Corey Clark of Brownsville, Amber (Ryan) McMahon of Bonduel, Tyler Clark of South Korea, Brenda (Chris) Conley of Neosho, Joseph (Sara) Miller of Slinger, Andrea Clark of River Falls, and Katie (Chris) Garcia of Theresa. Four great-grandchildren, Wyatt Clark, Mckayla and Paige Conley, Elo Garcia. Two step-grandchildren, Jessica and Jordon Duckro of Hillard, OH. Brother, Rudolph (Mary Jane) Bauer of LeRoy, two sisters-in-law, Anita Clark of Mayville and Mary (LeRoy) Hoepner of West Bend, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons Dennis and Larry, her sisters Alice Gindt, Erna Malterer and Marie Bauer.
