Marie B. Weyer, 93, of 926 Milwaukee St., Lomira, died Wednesday, Aug. 30, 1995, at her home.
She was born June 25, 1902, in Sauk City, a daughter of Frank and Katherine Brechtel Gassner. On April 30, 1930, she married Lawrence Weyer at St Andrew's Church in LeRoy.
Mrs. Weyer and her husband farmed in the Brownsville area. She was employed at Brownsville Canning Co.
Survivors include one daughter, Ruth Weyer of Lomira; one son, Raymond and his wife Ruth of Fond du Lac; three grandchildren, Linda Keller and her husband Joseph of LeRoy, Richard Weyer, and Karen Hoerth and her husband James, all of Fond du Lac; five great-grandchildren, Bryan and Michael Keller, Debra and Becky Weyer, and Shawn Hoerth, two sisters, Irma Weyer of Fond du Lac, and Rosina Korth and her husband Frederick of West Bend, and nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her husband in 1993; one sister, Lorene Feucht; and six brothers, Henry, Joseph, Alois, Leo, Marcus and Peter Gassner.
Services: Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Lomira. The Rev. Steven Stradinger will officiate. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery.
Visitation: There will be private family visitation only. Kietzer Funeral Home of Lomira is handling arrangements.
