Funeral services for Robert M. Voskuil, 53, of 986 Acorn Drive, Lomira, owner of Bob Voskuil Chevrolet Pontiac, Inc. in Lomira, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Lomira.
He died at 9:50 p.m. Tuesday May 29, 1979, at St. Catherine’s Hospital, Kenosha.
The Rev. John Goebel will officiate, and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Fond du Lac. Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Mr. Voskuil was also co-owner of B & P Auto Sales in Fond du Lac, and was the original owner of Bob Voskuil Antenna Service here.
He was a member of Lomira Chamber of Commerce, U.S. Trotting Association, Wisconsin Automobile Dealers Trade Association and St. Mary’s Church in Lomira.
Mr. Voskuil was born in Waupun on Dec. 22, 1935, a son of Millard and Mildred Griffiths Voskuil. He attended schools in Waupun, Brandon and Ripon. On Oct. 26, 1957, he married Mary Ann Bednarek at Presentation Catholic Church in North Fond du Lac. He served with the Army from 1959 to 1960.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Steven at home; a daughter, Stacie Ann at home; five brothers, Donald, Lee, Roger, Duane and Larry all of Fond du Lac; and three sisters, Mrs. Cornelius (Elaine) Fennema of Fond du Lac, Mrs. Carol Walsh of Oakfield and Mrs. James (Patricia) Plonsky of Route 4.
Other survivors include his mother of Fond du Lac, his father of Beaver Dam; and maternal grandmother, Mrs. Blanche Griffiths of Fond du Lac.
His eyes and kidneys have been donated for transplant purposes.
