A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Scott L. Ford, 15, of W7161 Highway 151, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Oakfield High School gym.
The Rev. Donald Zerkel and the Rev. Peter Drenzek will officiate. Cremation will take place.
Visitation is from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday at Zacherl Funeral Home, where a parish vigil will be held.
Scott died Wednesday, Oct. 27, 1993, following an automobile accident.
He was born Nov. 27, 1977, in Fond du Lac, a son of James E. and Dolores A. Buechel Ford.
Scott attended Oakfield High School, where he was president of the sophomore class. He was an honor student participating in various activities, including the regional championship Odyssey of the Mind team, and in forensics in which he received a state gold medal. He attended Science World and the U.W. Science Symposium. He was a member of the high school wrestling and football teams and the Math, Science and Spanish Clubs.
Scott was employed at Fondy Sports Complex. He was a member of St. James Catholic Church, where he had served as an acolyte.
Survivors include his mother, Dorrie of Fond du Lac; his father, James of Plover; one brother, David, attending UW Center- Fond du Lac; two sisters, Cindy and Tracy, both at home; maternal grandparents, Leander and Margaret Buechel of St. Peter; paternal grandparents, James and Margaret Ford of Rosendale; and many loving aunts and uncles.
