FORMER CITY RESIDENT DIES AT AGE OF 55
Walter E. Gratzke, 55, Chicago, a former city resident died Monday.
He was born Jan. 11, 1913, in the city, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Gratzke.
Mr. Gratzke attended city schools. He was a veteran of World War II. He had resided in Chicago for the last 25 years.
Survivors include one sister, Mrs. David Kaufman of Oakfield, three brothers, Arthur and Richard of Milwaukee and Charles of Terrance, Calif.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Kohls Co. Funeral Home, Oakfield, and at 10:30 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church, Oakfield. The Rev. Richard Fechhelm will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Friends may call after 3 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
