Maintaining Parish Cemeteries

There are separate Cemetery Committees for St. Mary and Sons of Zebedee. The committees are responsible for making recommendations to the Finance Council regarding the care and administration of the parish cemeteries.

Our Ministry

Serving on the Cemetery Committee involves:

  • Assisting with the operation and care of the parish cemetery.
  • Establishing procedures for the sale and recording of lots, funding for perpetual
    care, grave markers and decorations, and cemetery visitation.
  • Monitoring the financial controls and budget of the cemetery.
