Obituary
CLAUDE FERGUSON
Claude Ferguson, 81, of Route 2, in the Town of Byron, did Tuesday afternoon at Maple Manor Nursing Home.
Born in the Town of Byron on Oct. 26, 1895, he was a son of Owen and Bertha Sonnenberg Ferguson. He married Mary Bohan n June 12, 1918.
Mr. Ferguson lived and farmed in the Town of Byron all his life.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. John (Dorothy) Cole of Lomira; two sons, David of Clintonville and Francis of Route 2; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife on Aug. 1, 1975.
Funeral services will be held at 10:340 a.m. Friday at Kietzer Funeral Home, Lomira, and at 11 a.m. at St. John’s Catholic Church, Byron. The Rev. Richard Fechhelm will officiate, and burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation for Mr. Ferguson will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday until the time of services at the funeral home.
