DONALD OGLE

Funeral services for Donald J. Ogle, 57, of Second Street, Oakfield, owner of Ogle Insurance Agency, will be held at 10:15 a.m. Saturday at Kohls Funeral Home, Oakfield, and at 10:30 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church, Oakfield.  He died Wednesday morning, April 23, 1980, at St. Agnes Hospital.

The Rev. Richard Fechhelm will officiate, and burial will be in Avoca Cemetery, Oakfield.  Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

He was born Jan. 12, 1923, at Kohler, a son of John and Lydia Jacob Ogle.  He married Irma Schaar on July 14, 1945, at Camp Roberts, Calif.

Mr. Ogle moved to Oakfield in 1946 where he began the Ogle Insurance Agency, and later became agency manager for Equitable Reserve Association of Neenah.  He was a member of the Oakfield Board of Education, serving as president for 20 years.

He was a member of St. James Church at Oakfield.  Veterans of Foreign Wars, Lions Club and the former Fond du Lac Military Band.

Surviving are his wife; his mother of Oakfield; two daughters, Mrs. Nancy Fenlhader of Kewaskum and Miss Audrey Ogle of Caracas, Venezuela; two sons, David of Shelbyville, Ky., and Brian of West Bend; and two grandchildren.

Also surviving are two brothers, Roger of Oakfield and Gerald of Fond du Lac; and three sisters, Mrs. Delores Peters of Byron, Mrs. Carita Fisher of Waldo and Mrs. Mary Gilles of Oakfield.   His father preceded him in death.
