EDWARD GRAF
Edward G. Graf, 76, of 213 Main St., Oakfield, died Tuesday evening at Waupun Memorial Hospital.
He was born April 18, 1898, at Oshkosh, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Alois Graf. He married Marie Uttendorfer on Sept. 5, 1917, at St. John’s Catholic Church, Byron.
They resided in and around the Oakfield area where they farmed and Mr. Graf was employed by the Standard Oil Co. He was a member of St. James Catholic Church, Oakfield, and Holy Name Society.
Survivors include his widow; two brothers, Alois of Oshkosh and Albert of Santa Ana, Calif.; and three sisters, Mrs. Anne Wenstadt of Menomonee Falls, Mrs. Mary Aspatore and Mrs. Dorothy Berg both of Waukegan, Ill. Two brothers preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday at Kohls Co. Funeral Home, Oakfield, and at 10 a.m. at St. James Church, Oakfield. The Rev. Richard Fechhelm will officiate, and burial will be in Avoca Cemetery at Oakfield.
Friends of Mr. Graf may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
