Obituary
Elizabeth, “Betty” L. Czoschke, 90, of Lomira, died Tuesday, March 28, 2006, at Rolling Meadows Nursing Home, Fond du Lac.
She was born Aug 4, 1915, in Richfield, the daughter of Anton and Barbara Stepanski Peters.
On Nov. 5, 1935, she married Elmer A. Czoschke at St. Mary’s of Richfield. Betty graduated from St. Mary’s Springs Academy, Fond du Lac, in 1933. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Lomira, and the Ladies Sodality. She worked at Brasch’s Piggly Wiggly for 29 years as a checker and retired in 1984.
Survivors include one sister-in-law, Gladys Peters of Slinger; nieces, nephews; many relatives and friends.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband in 1987, two sisters, Frances Kirsch and Mary Cortte three brothers, Charles, Frank and Bill; two brothers-in=-law, Norbert Kirsch and Oliver Cortte, and one sister-in-law, Shirley Peters.
Services: Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 1, 2006, at St. Mary’[s Catholic Church, Lomira, with the Rev. Kevin Kowalske officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Visitation: Visitation will be held from 8 a.m. until the time of services on Saturday April 1, 2006, at the church.
Kietzer Funeral Home, Lomira, is serving the family.
