EUGENE PLZAK
Eugene M. Plzak, 56, of 768 Main St., Lomira, died Monday, Nov. 25, 1985, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, West Bend.
Mr. Plzak was born Sept. 27, 1929, to Louis and Helen Allen Plzak at West Bend. On June 20, 1953, he married Donna Conley at Holy Angels Church, West Bend.
He was a truck driver for Mercury Marine for 23 years. He had served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War from 1950 to 1952, and was a member of American Legion Post No. 347 for 18 years. He was a second district FAL committeeman and historian and was a member of the Lomira Sportsman’s Club.
Survivors include his wife; four sons, Anthony of Columbia, S.C., Russell of Green Bay, Donald of El Sobranie, Calif., and Timothy of Fond du Lac; five daughters, Patricia Schaefer and Jean Plzak, both of Fond du Lac, Deborah Plzak and Mrs. Gary (Victoria) Mulder, both of Brandon, and Mrs. Douglas (Mary) Kiehnay of Lomira; and 10 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 8 p.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Lomira. The Rev. Joseph Safiejko will officiate. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Friends may call Wednesday from 4 to 7:30 p.m. at the Kietzer Funeral Home, Lomira.
