EVERETT E. BOSTON
EL PASO –Everett Eugene Boston, 60, of Bowers Lake Road, Milton, Wis., former El Paso area farmer, died Sunday (March 27, 1994) in Redwood City, Calif
His funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Mary Catholic Church, Milton, Wis., the Revs. James McEnery and Duane Moellenberndt officiating. Burial with military rites will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Lomira, Wis.
Visitation will be from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday at Schneider Funeral Home, 1800 E. Racine St., Janesville, Wis., where the rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Sunday.
Mr. Boston was born Sept. 17, 1933, in Minonk, a son of Everett A. and Lucille Blazina Boston. He married Mary M. Condon Sept. 18, 1965, in Janesville, Wis. She survives.
Other survivors include two daughters, Theresa A. Boston, Belmont, Calif., and Elizabeth A. Boston, Milton, Wis.; and three sisters, Rosemary Knoll and Nancy Rusch, both of Milton, Wis.; and Laurel Berninzoni of Colorado.
One brother preceded him in death.
Mr. Boston, who graduated from El Paso Township High School, farmed in the El Paso area until 1951, when he moved to Milton. In addition to farming in Milton, he was a member of the National Corn Growers Association and the Wisconsin Grain Dealers Association.
He was a former member of the Future Farmers of America and a former 4-H club member and leader and had served as co-chairman of the Milton 4-H Club. He also served on the advisory board for diesel and heavy equipment for Blackhawk Technical College, Janesville, Wis.
Mr. Boston was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church; a charter member of the Milton Chapter of the Knights of Columbus Council 6547, Third Degree; charter member of Ave Maria General Assembly Knights of Columbus, Fourth Degree; former member of St. Mary Church Council; and commentator and Eucharistic minister to Mercy Hospital, Janesville, Wis.
He served in the Army from 1955 to 1957 and received marksmanship awards and the Good Conduct Medal.
