GERALD J. HEIMERL
Gerald J. Heimerl, 72, of Lomira, died on Friday, March 31, 2006, at St. Agnes Hospital.
He was born on Dec. 10, 1933, in Chicago, the son of the late Clarence and Elsie Klink Heimerl.
He served with the U.S. Army from 1956 to 1958 and was stationed in Germany. He was retired from Mercury Marine.
He loved to shoot pool with many trophies to show for it. He also liked to fish, especially with his brothers.
Survivors include two brothers, Jim (Donna of Lomira and Ronald (Renee) of Oakfield; two sisters, Jo Anne Hanson of Okauchee and Jeanne (Howard Gilbert of Lomira; a sister-in-law, Judy Heimerl of Hingham; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Edward and Bill; a sister, Louise, who died in infancy; and a brother-in-law, Robert Hanson.
Services: Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aril 4, 2006, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Lomira, with the Rev. Kevin Kowalkse officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Visitation: Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the time of services on Tuesday at the church.
Memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association.
