Mrs. Katherine Kohlman, 79, died today at 6:45 a.m. at her home in the Town of Byron. She was a member of St. John's Altar and Rosary society, Byron, and had lived in the community…
Mrs. Kohlman was born March 31, 1882 in Byron, the daughter of John and Eliza Kelley. On Oct. 17, 1917, she was married to Richard Kohlman in St. Joseph's church.
Surviving are a brother, Leo Kelley, of Fond du Lac and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband on April 29, 1961, her parents, three brothers and a sister.
The body will be in state at the Uecker-Witt Funeral home after 2 p.m. Friday.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home and at 10:30 a.m. at St. John's church, Byron, the Rev. Frederick N. Schmidt officiating. Burial will be in St. John's cemetery, Byron.
