LAWRENCE A. FEUCHT

Lawrence A. Feucht, 88, of 175 Linden Drive, Lomira, died Sunday, Aug. 28, 2005, at Hope Health and Rehabilitation Nursing Home.

He was born May 25, 1917, in the Township of LeRoy, the son of John and Susanna Weix Feucht.On May 17, 1941, he was married to Viola Schwartz at St. Mary Catholic Church, Woodland, Wis.

Together with his wife, Lawrence farmed in the Township of LeRoy.  He was also employed at Michels Pipeline Construction, Brownsville.  He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Lomira, a former member of St. Andrew Catholic Church, LeRoy, and a member of the Knights of Columbus.

He was the loving husband of Viola; and the beloved father of Mary Ann (special friend, Jerry Boden) Feucht of Lomira, Rose Mary (Gerald) Adelmeyer of Theresa, Robert (Ann) Feucht of East Troy, Richard (Pat) Feucht of Brownsville and Lawrence Jr. (special friend, Frankie (Odekirk) of Brownsville.  He is also survived by three sisters-in-law, Virginia Feucht of Theresa, Mildred Schwartz of West Bend and Dorothy Schwartz of Mayville; 12 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.  He is further survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, three sisters; one grandson, Ryan; his stepmother, Balline; one step-brother, Herman; and one daughter-in-law, Maggie Feucht.

Services:  The Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 1, 205, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Lomira.  The Rev. Father Kevin Kowalski will officiate, and burial will be at St. Mary Cemetery, Lomira.

Visitation:  Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2005, at Koepsell Funeral Home, Mayville, and also from 10 to 10:45 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 1, at the church.

Lawrence was a dedicated Catholic, who prayerfully lived each day with hope.

Koepsell Funeral Home in Mayville is serving the family.
