LOUIS UTTENDORFER

Louis Uttendorfer, 67, of 312 N. Main St., Oakfield, owner and operator of the Standard Service Station in Oakfield until his death, died early Sunday at Waupun Memorial Hospital of an apparent heart attack.

He was born Feb. 4, 1910, at Lomira, a son of the late Alois and Marie Scholz Uttendorfer. He married Hazel Priepke on April 19, 1941, at Byron, and the couple resided in Oakfield thereafter.

Mr. Uttendorfer was a member of St. James Catholic Church at Oakfield, Holy Name Society, Lions Club and Conservation Club.
Surviving are his widow, a daughter, Mrs. John (Maria) Barbeau of Fond du Lac; two sons, Edward of Fond du Lac and James of Oakfield; six grandchildren; three brothers, Joseph of Fond du Lac, Alois of River Grove, Ill, and Lawrence of Duluth, Minn.; and two sisters, Mrs. Edward (Mary) Graf of Oakfield and Mrs. Eugene Manrose of Park Ridge, Ill. A sister preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held at 10:15 a.m. at St. James Church, Oakfield. The Rev. Richard Fechhelm will officiate and burial will be in the Avoca Cemetery Oakfield.
Friends of Mr. Uttendorfer may call from 3 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
