Funeral services for Mark John Kedinger, 38, of N4898 Highway Y, Town of Oakfield, will be held Friday at 10:15 a.m. at Zacherl Funeral Home, and at 11 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church, Oakfield.

The Rev. Guy Gurath, the Rev. Peter Drenzek and the Rev. Anthony Karls will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Church Cemetery, Lomira.

Friends may call Thursday from 4 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home where a parish vigil will be held at 7:30 p.m.

Mr. Kedinger died Tuesday, Sept. 5, 1989, at his residence, following a lengthy illness.

He was born June 20, 1951, in Lomira, a son of Paul M. and Verna Roblee Kedinger. On Jan. 11, 1975, he married Kathryn L. Kenyon at St. Mary’s Church.

Mr. Kedinger received his Associate of Science in Agricultural Mechanics degree from Moraine Park Technical College in 1974. He was a past member of the Agricultural Advisory Committee and had been instructor for the Agricultural Mechanics School. He was formerly employed with Service Motors Case Inc., Fond du Lac, and was a member of St. James Catholic Church, Oakfield.

Survivors include his wife; one son, Nicholas Paul at home one daughter, Aimee Marie at home; his mother of Fond du Lac; two brothers, Paul L. and his wife Wanda of Ville Platte, La., and Harland M. and his wife Mar of Fond du Lac; one sister, Mrs Viola Lamers and her husband Leo of Fond du Lac. His father preceded him in death in 1957.

A memorial in his name has been established.
