MARY ROHLINGER

Mary Agnes Rohlinger, 91, of 54 E Rees St., died Thursday, Oct.17, 1996, at All About Life Rehabilitation Center.

She was born March 29, 1905, in Lomira, a daughter of Anton and Susan Kemen Rohlinger.

Miss Rohlinger was employed at the Northwestern Depot in the cafeteria and later by Fort Hopkins Drug in the dining room.  She moved to Milwaukee and for 20 years was employed as a housekeeper for St. Gail’s Rectory prior to retiring in 1968.

She then returned to Fond du Lac and was employed pat-time in the cafeterias at Care Center East and St. Agnes Hospital.

She was a member of the St. Mary’s Church, the church’s Altar Society and the Pilgrim Vigil Prayer Group.  She was a volunteer for the Loaves and Fishes program and the Fond du Lac Lutheran Home and was active in St. Mary’s Church daily Liturgy.

Survivors include one sister, Dolores Rohlinger of Fond du Lac, one sister-in-law, Frances Rohlinger of Kewaskum, six nieces, five nephews; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.

Preceding her in death were four brothers, Nicholas, Mathew, William and Theodore Rohlinger; and two sisters, Louise Rohlinger and Anna Stoffel.

Services:  A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary’s Church.  The Rev. Peter Drenzek will officiate.  Burial will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Lomira.

Visitation:  Friends may call from 9 a.m. Saturday to the hour of services at the church.

Memorials in her name may be directed to the church.
