Sandra J. "Sam" Huck, age 59, of 342 Deer Trail Lane, Oakfield, died Sunday, October 12, 2008, at her residence.
She was born on May 15, 1949, in Fond du Lac the daughter of Vilas and Lorinda Lau Adelmeyer. On December 6, 1969, she married Robert J. Huck at St. John's Catholic Church, Byron.
Sandra waitressed at the Wild Goose Inn for 20 years, and later tended bar at "Across The Street" in Oakfield. Sandra enjoyed spending time with her friends and was proud of her family.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Huck, Oakfield; her daughter, Kari (Mark) Krueger, Greenfield; four grandchildren, Alexandria, Nathan, Mitchell and Justin; one brother, Gary (Marlene) Adelmeyer, Oakfield; mother-in-law, Eunice Huck, Fond du Lac; brother-in-laws and sisters-in-laws, Danny (Joan) Huck, Patty (Mike) Flaherty, Joann (Tim) Hardgrove, Judy (Gary) Volk and Mary (Tom) Rossow.
Her parents preceded Sandra in death, a son, Craig, son-in-law, Eric Miller, sister, Janice, sister and brother-in-law, Joy (Dick) Seyfert, father-in-law, Lloyd Huck, and a brother-in-law, Chuck Huck.
Visitation will be held Friday, October 17, 2008, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Sons of Zebedee-St. James Catholic Church, Oakfield.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, October 17, 2008, at 3 p.m. at the church with Rev. Michael Petersen officiating. Burial will follow at Avoca Cemetery.
